Please join the celebration! Sunday, April 16, 2023, 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Goose Pond Scout Reservation. 

A hallmark of Scouting history, the Dan Beard Cabin serv ed as headquarters of Daniel Carter Beard's "Wild Lands Camp," which predated the BSA. After years of abandonment, caring volunteers and community leaders preserved it by raising funds to dismantle and relocate it to Goose Pond Scout Reservation, where it will serve future generations of Scouts. 

Join us at the dedication ceremony to formally mark the opening of the Dan Beard Cabin on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 2pm at Goose Pond Scout Reservation.
