The 2013 Venture to the Winter Olympics

The 2013 Venture to the Winter Olympics is sure to be the best one yet. Originally an idea conceived by one of our NEPA Council Venturing Crews in an effort to earn their Sports Bronze Award, the Winter Olympics has become an event integrated into the NEPA VOA program and offered council wide. And with fun activities such as:

•  A relay race
• Knife throwing
• Fire building competitions
• First aid challenges
• Sports competitions
• Opportunities to complete Sports Bronze Award Requirements
• And many, many more

You won’t want to miss all the fun! Details about the event follow. Cost to participate is only $10 for VOA members, $15 for non VOA members, and, as a winter special, $20 for those who wish to join the VOA and register for the event. Registration for the event will conclude on Wednesday, January, 23, 2013 at 5pm. Sign up soon to reserve your spot!

Registration begins promptly at 8am  --  Event will conclude around 4pm
 

PLEASE ARRIVE ON-TIME!  Arriving past 9am will hinder your ability to participate in our time- sensitive morning events

            Mount Olivet Road
            Trucksville, PA
 

How Much:   $10 for VOA members
                       $15 for NON VOV members

                        WINTER SPECIAL!!!!     ====> $20 for Olympics Cost AND 2013 VOA dues

Menu: Cost includes lunch for the day

            2 hot dogs, a bag of chips, and cookies

            Hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) will also be available all day
