Internet Rechartering

Welcome to Internet Rechartering at Northeastern Pennsylvania Council. This portal is designed to give you access to doing your unit's charter on-line, which can save you loads of time and provide you with clean, ready-to-sign copies of your charter, as well as calculate the total amount due for your unit.

How to use Internet Rechartering:

The On-Line Chartering program has been used for several years now and those who have used it have found it to be a fast and very efficient way of renewing your unit's charter. This step-by-step program carefully guides you through the entire process and points out where corrections are needed or where problems may exist. The program also allows you to begin the process and hop in and out of it just in case you are interrupted or need to dig up some additional information. Simply log out and pick-up at the step where you left off when you return.

When you're finished...

Completing the process is just as easy. Simply print the completed documents just as the program will instruct you (print the entire packet). Be sure to have the correct people sign the charter and submit it with a check for the amount due (plus $1 per person for insurance) to the council office. Also include any applications for new scouts or leaders.
