INCENTIVES!

Full Sheet Bonus

All Scouts who fill the Popcorn Order form (30 orders) will receive $10 in Scout Bucks!

Copies of completed Popcorn Order Forms are to be submitted to the Unit Popcorn Kernel for validation. The Unit Popcorn Kernel will then submit copies of the completed individual Popcorn Order forms to the Council Service Center.

$600 Club

Any Scout who sells at least $600 (either online, face-to-face or both) will earn a $20 gift card from Amazon.com or Wal-mart and the $600 Club patch in addition to a reward of his choice from his Fall Sale Rewards. Both online and face-to-face sales count toward the $600 Club.

Scouts will turn in their completed paper order forms and online sales history to the Unit Popcorn Kernel who then will order the gift card and patch for them on the Unit Prize Order form or online at leaders.trails-end.com.

$1500 Club

Any Scout who sells at least $1,500 (either online, face-to-face or both) will earn a $50 Amazon.com or Walmart gift card and a top seller patch in addition to a reward of his choice from his Fall Sale Rewards. Both online and face-to-face sales count toward the $1,500 Club.

Scouts will turn in their completed paper order form(s) and online sales history to the Unit Popcorn Kernel who then will order the gift card and patch for them on the Unit Prize Order forms or online at leaders.trails-end.com.

College Scholarship

Scouts who sell at least $2,500 (either online, face-to-face or both) within the 2012 calendar year will receive 6% of their total sales invested in their own college scholarship account. That's $0.06 of every dollar they sell, and they only have to hit the $2,500 minimum one time. Once a Scout is enrolled, 6% of his sales each year will be added to his account. Online sales count!

Scouts need to complete a scholarship form and submit it to the Unit Popcorn Kernel who then will submit the form to the Council Service and Training Center no later than December 3, 2011.

Scouts must submit the completed form not only to enroll for the first time, but also to report their subsequent yearly sales.

If a Scout is headed to college, he will need to complete and submit the Scholarship Payout Form to Trail's End. The funds can be used for tuition, books, housing and/or other fees. Please be sure to read Trail’s End terms and conditions.

3% Prize Commission:

• Units may choose not to participate in the prize program.
• Units that do not order individual prizes for their scouts will have a 3% commission deposited to their unit account in the Scout Shop.
• Units that choose not to participate in the prize program may still order patches and pins for their participating Scouts.

• $100 Scout Shop gift card - Top Salesman in each district
• $75 Scout Shop gift card - 2nd Place Salesman in each district
