Northeastern Pennsylvania Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing strong character, good citizenship, and promoting physical fitness in the youth of this region. Your financial gift in any amount ensures that Scouting's 100 year tradition of serving youth will continue here in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We depend on families, leadership, and community organizations that believe in the value of the Scouting program to help through direct contributions.

Your donation helps to provide just some of the following:

• Excellent camping programs at Goose Pond Scout Reservation and Camp Acahela.
• Training for adult volunteer leaders and youth leaders.
• A full calendar of activities for units to participate in as a supplement to their own programming.
• New program equipment & maintenance for both of our camps.
• Unit level support in advancement records for all scouts.
• A dedicated trained field staff who provide on-going support to volunteers and scouts.
• Special programs including Council high adventure treks, Traveling Camporee, Merit Badge College, Harvestfest, roundtables, Challenge Camp, and much much more.
