Hello Leaders!

This is a friendly reminder about the new Journey to Excellence program and giving every unit the possibility of attaining the Gold Level.

Some benchmarks that are coming to a close are:

Packs

1. Leadership planning by having leaders in place for next year.
2. Hold two activities with Troop for second year Webelos.
3. Working on a unit budget.
4. Getting youth to participate in outdoor activities

Troops

1. Have two activities with second year Webelos of which one is a parent orientation and camp promotion.
2. Working on a unit budget
3. Troop attends long term camp
