Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project (updated 5.13)

Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook

This is the workbook format the Eagle Board of Review requires a Life Scout to use in completing his Eagle Scout Service Project proposal and then afterwards for the final completion for the Board of Review. Hardcopy printings of the new workbook are not available.

New functionalities for this electronic workbook include expandable text boxes and the ability to insert images in JPEG, GIF, TIF, and PNG formats.

IMPORTANT - This specially designed workbook cannot be opened via a browser. To DOWNLOAD this file, please use the following procedure:

  1. RIGHT-CLICK Here to DOWNLOAD the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook, No. 512-927
  2. Once the dialog box appears, click on "save target as." (MAC users must click on "save link as.")
  3. Another dialog box will then appear for you to name your "save as" file and choose where on your computer you would like to save the file. Once you have saved the workbook to your computer, you can double-click on that file to open it, just like you would any other document.

Eagle Scout Rank Application & Eagle Palm Applications

Use these fillable Eagle Rank or Eagle Palm Applications to type your information in electronically, correct mistakes and keep it neat and legible. If you use the Eagle Rank application, it must be printed in color and the two pages mounted back-to-back.
